Buying a Home
Whether you are a first time home buyer, downsizing, re-locating or an investor, Stephanie Dupuis has the experience and tools available to help you to find the home you’re looking for. Below is an outline of the home buying process. In addition, Stephanie has provided information helpful in purchasing a home.
Steps to Buying a Home
Initial Consult
You and Stephanie will meet at her office (or via phone for out-of-state buyers) to gather important information to help you buy the home you are looking for such as locations you are interested in, beds/bath size, school district preferences, and other desires in a home. You and Stephanie will complete a detailed home buyer questionnaire so that your home search is productive and focused. Stephanie will also provide you with any helpful information you need at this time such as lender referrals, explain how the MLS works, and how to make an effective offer on a home.
Law of Agency
The Law of Agency brochure is an important pamphlet that explains the legal rights in dealing with a real estate broker or firm. Stephanie will present and explain the Law of Agency during your initial consult.
